My pregnant friend has decided that she wants a second opinion if shes really pregnant. She wanted a ride there last minute from me. Is it wrong to say no if they pop it last minute on me even if i want to help?

saying no just because they popped in at the last minute probably isnt the best idea, unless this person does this all the time to you and you've laid down some guidelines about it. if there are other reasons that you said no then its just fine. its ok to say no but try not to penalize people based on rules they aren't aware of.

No. If you couldn't help, than you couldn't help. Lives are busy and sometimes last minute plans sprung on another person just don't pan out.
